Fantasy Nail & Spa
By booking an appointment, making any payment, or receiving services at Fantasy Nail & Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
| 1. Appointments & Scheduling |

| Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. |
| Appointment times are estimated and may vary depending on service type and salon workload. |
| Requests for specific technicians are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the salon. |
| Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment details before confirmation. |
| 2. Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy |

| A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. |
| Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals that prevent services from being completed, and no-shows may result in charges or forfeiture of any payments made. |
| Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by the salon to be considered valid. |
| 3. Payments, Deposits & Prepayments |

| Certain services may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. |
| All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to: Service charges, Deposits and prepayments, Card payment service fees, Any other amounts paid |
| Payments may be applied toward completed services at the salon’s discretion when applicable. |
| 4. No Refund Policy |

| All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. |
| No refunds will be provided for service dissatisfaction, appointment cancellation, late arrival, no-shows, or disputes. |
| This policy applies regardless of payment method. |
| 5. Card Payment Service Fee (Non-Refundable) |

| To help offset third-party payment processing costs, a flat card payment service fee is applied to all credit and debit card transactions. |
| The fee is charged as follows: $1 for totals $1–$25, $2 for totals $26–$50, $3 for totals $51–$75, $4 for totals $76–$100, and so on |
| This fee is separate from services, tips, and taxes and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including refunds, cancellations, or disputes. |
| Cash payments are always fee-free. |
| 6. Pricing & Additional Charges |

| Prices may vary based on length, shape, design, nail condition, or additional services requested. |
| Additional charges may apply for removals, repairs, shape changes, nail art, or extra time required. |
| Prices are subject to change without prior notice. |
| 7. Service Guarantee (No Refunds) |

| Select services are covered by a 7-day repair guarantee. |
| Concerns must be reported within 7 days of the original service. |
| Repairs are offered at the salon’s discretion and do not include refunds or credits. |
| The guarantee does not cover breakage, damage, or wear caused by misuse, accidents, or normal daily activities. |
| 8. Health & Safety Disclosure |

| Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or nail conditions before services begin. |
| Fantasy Nail & Spa is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions. |
| The salon reserves the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons. |
| 9. Payment Authorization & Acceptance |

| By providing payment information, you authorize Fantasy Nail & Spa to charge your card for services, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and card payment service fees in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. |
| Online bookings require clients to click to agree to these Terms & Conditions prior to confirmation. |
| In-store payments constitute acceptance of posted salon policies. |
| 10. Chargebacks & Disputes |

| Initiating a chargeback does not override agreed-upon salon policies. |
| The salon reserves the right to contest disputes by providing documentation, including: Policy disclosure, Proof of acceptance, Booking and service records, Fraudulent or repeated disputes, may result in refusal of future services. |
| 11. Policy Updates |

| Fantasy Nail & Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. |
| The most current version will be available in-store and on the salon’s website. |
